目的评价肝叶切除治疗在胆道术后肝胆管残石中的临床疗效. 方法收集于我院肝胆外科就诊的胆道术后肝内胆管残石患者144例, 按照处理方式不同分为观察组 (肝叶切除手术) 和对照组 (常规胆囊切除以及胆道探查术). 比较两组患者的临床疗效. 结果观察组的术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间以及术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组, 治疗优良率显著高于对照组 (P<0.05). 结论肝叶切除能有效治疗胆道术后肝胆管残石, 具有重要的临床意义, 值得推广应用.
목적 평개간협절제치료재담도술후간담관잔석중적림상료효. 방법 수집우아원간담외과취진적담도술후간내담관잔석환자144례, 안조처리방식불동분위관찰조 (간협절제수술) 화대조조 (상규담낭절제이급담도탐사술). 비교량조환자적림상료효. 결과 관찰조적술중출혈량、 주원시간、 수술시간이급술후병발증발생솔균현저우우대조조, 치료우량솔현저고우대조조 (P<0.05). 결론 간협절제능유효치료담도술후간담관잔석, 구유중요적림상의의, 치득추엄응용.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hepatectomy for residual intrahepatic bile duct stones after biliary surgery. Methods 144 patients with residual intrahepatic bile duct stones after biliary surgery were collected. According to the treatment, all cases were divided into the observation group (hepatectomy) and the control group (conventional gallbladder excision and exploration of biliary tract). The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, operation time and incidence of postoperative complications of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the excellent and good rate of treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, all the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Hepatectomy is effective in treating residual intrahepatic bile duct stones after biliary surgery, which has important significance in clinic and is worthy of clinical application.
