工业设计产业作为一种新兴的生产性服务业，对制造业的发展具有重要作用。当前福建省泉州市工业设计既存在着产业发展潜力较大、载体建设步伐加快、创意氛围日益浓厚等优势，同时又存在着行业整体规模较小、产业带动作用不强等劣势。在此情况下，国家必须通过加大财政扶持力度，创建政策引导机制，发挥行业组织优势，完善投资融资机制等措施，促进福建省泉州市工业设计产业与制造业的融合互动。
工業設計產業作為一種新興的生產性服務業，對製造業的髮展具有重要作用。噹前福建省泉州市工業設計既存在著產業髮展潛力較大、載體建設步伐加快、創意氛圍日益濃厚等優勢，同時又存在著行業整體規模較小、產業帶動作用不彊等劣勢。在此情況下，國傢必鬚通過加大財政扶持力度，創建政策引導機製，髮揮行業組織優勢，完善投資融資機製等措施，促進福建省泉州市工業設計產業與製造業的融閤互動。
공업설계산업작위일충신흥적생산성복무업，대제조업적발전구유중요작용。당전복건성천주시공업설계기존재착산업발전잠력교대、재체건설보벌가쾌、창의분위일익농후등우세，동시우존재착행업정체규모교소、산업대동작용불강등열세。재차정황하，국가필수통과가대재정부지력도，창건정책인도궤제，발휘행업조직우세，완선투자융자궤제등조시，촉진복건성천주시공업설계산업여제조업적융합호동。
Industrial design,as a new kind of manufacturing service industry,takes an important role in the development of manufacturing industry. At present,there are advantages and disadvantages existing in the industry of Quanzhou industrial design,and its advantages include the large potential of industrial develop-ment,the acceleration of carrier construction speed,and the increasingly stronger atmosphere of creation,while its disadvantages refer to the small size of whole industry,and the less function of industrial leading. Therefore, government should improve the integration and interaction of industrial design industry and manufacturing in-dustry in Quangzhou of Fujian province by enlarging the financing support,creating the guiding mechanism of policy,utilizing the advantage of industrial organization and perfecting the mechanism of investment and finan-cing.
