运用多体动力学软件ADAMS/Car模块建立了包括前后悬架系统、轮胎系统、转向系统的整车模型 ,设计了虚拟仿真试验台用于随机路面的输入测试.运用该试验台对所建立的整车模型进行平顺性仿真 ,得到相应数据之后 ,保持路面情况、轮胎激励、车辆载重、悬架阻尼不变 ,只改变悬架刚度 ,仿真车辆在不同悬架刚度下的平顺性 ,得到悬架刚度对平顺性的影响.仿真结果表明 ,对于特定车辆要选用合适的悬架刚度才能给车辆平顺性提供保障.
運用多體動力學軟件ADAMS/Car模塊建立瞭包括前後懸架繫統、輪胎繫統、轉嚮繫統的整車模型 ,設計瞭虛擬倣真試驗檯用于隨機路麵的輸入測試.運用該試驗檯對所建立的整車模型進行平順性倣真 ,得到相應數據之後 ,保持路麵情況、輪胎激勵、車輛載重、懸架阻尼不變 ,隻改變懸架剛度 ,倣真車輛在不同懸架剛度下的平順性 ,得到懸架剛度對平順性的影響.倣真結果錶明 ,對于特定車輛要選用閤適的懸架剛度纔能給車輛平順性提供保障.

By using multi-body dynamics software ADAMS/Car module ,the model of a vehicle system including the front and rear suspension system ,tire system ,steering system was set up ,the virtual simulation test rig for random road input test was designed . Using the test rig ,the ride comfort of the established vehicle model was analyzed ,to get the corresponding simulation data .Keeping the pavement ,tire motivation ,vehicle load ,suspension damping constant ,only changing the suspension stiffness ,the simulation of vehicle ride comfort under different suspension stiffness was carried ,so as to achieve the influence of suspension stiffness on the ve-hicle ride comfort .The conclusion is that we should choose suitable suspension stiffness for a particular vehicle to guarantee the vehi-cle ride comfort .
