目的 探讨小儿重症肺炎的ICU护理效果. 方法 选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的重症肺炎患儿50例,随机分成实验组和对照组各25例, 对照组患儿给予常规ICU护理, 实验组患儿给予特殊的ICU护理, 对两组患儿的临床护理效果进行对比分析. 结果 实验组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05); 实验组患儿的平均住院时间、 体温恢复正常的时间显著少于对照组患儿, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 对重症肺炎患儿实施全面系统的ICU护理,能有效提高临床疗效, 缩短患儿的住院时间和体温恢复正常的时间, 更好地促进患儿康复.

목적 탐토소인중증폐염적ICU호리효과. 방법 선택아원2014년1월지2015년1월수치적중증폐염환인50례,수궤분성실험조화대조조각25례, 대조조환인급여상규ICU호리, 실험조환인급여특수적ICU호리, 대량조환인적림상호리효과진행대비분석. 결과 실험조적림상치료총유효솔현저고우대조조, 차이유통계학의의 (P<0.05); 실험조환인적평균주원시간、 체온회복정상적시간현저소우대조조환인, 차이유통계학의의 (P<0.05). 결론 대중증폐염환인실시전면계통적ICU호리,능유효제고림상료효, 축단환인적주원시간화체온회복정상적시간, 경호지촉진환인강복.
Objective To explore the effect of ICU care for children with severe pneumonia. Methods 50 cases of children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine ICU nursing , while the experimental group received special ICU nursing . The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The average length of hospital stay and time for temperature returned to normal of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive and systematic ICU nursing for children with severe pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical effect, shorten the length of hospital stay and time for temperature returned to normal, and better improve rehabilitation for children.
