目的 探讨赏识教育对学龄前儿童肱骨髁上骨折功能锻炼依从性的影响. 方法 选取2013年3月至2015年3月在我科住院的3~6岁选择接受手法复位、 闭合穿针高分子石膏外固定治疗的肱骨髁上骨折患儿100例, 按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各50例, 对照组采用传统的方法, 观察组在传统方法的基础上引入赏识教育, 比较两组功能锻炼的依从性. 结果 观察组患儿总依从性为96%, 显著高于对照组的70% (P<0.05). 观察组患儿肢体疼痛天数和肢体肿胀程度均显著优于对照组 (P<0.05). 结论 赏识教育能有效地提高患儿对功能锻炼的依从性, 促进伤肢血液循环, 减轻疼痛及肿胀, 提高治疗效果, 提高儿童的生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of appreciation education on compliance of function training of preschool children with supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 100 cases of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus aged from 3 to 6 admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received appreciation education on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance of function training of the two groups was compared. Results The compliance of function training of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than 70%of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in the duration of limb pain and degree of limb swelling (P <0.05). Conclusions Appreciation education can effectively improve the compliance of function training of preschool children with supracondylar fracture of humerus, promote the blood circulation of injured limb, reduce pain and swelling of injured limb, improve the curative effect, and improve the quality of life for children.
