目的研究综合护理对改善泌尿外科患者的情绪状态及生活质量的效果. 方法随机将2014年1月至2015年1月入住苏州大学附属第一医院泌尿外科的100例患者分入观察组和对照组, 每组各50例, 分别采用综合护理干预和常规护理方法,对两组患者术后情绪状态、生活质量以及对护理满意程度进行比较分析. 结果观察组术后SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05); SF-36量表中, 观察组的各项指标的评分均明显高于对照组 (P<0.05); 对护理的满意程度两组没有统计学差异 (P >0.05). 结论对泌尿外科疾病患者实施综合护理干预可明显降低患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪, 改善患者的预后.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with urological diseases. Methods 100 patients with urological disease hospitalized from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given with comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was given with conventional nursing, to compare and analyze the quality of life, emotional state and degree of satisfaction to nursing between the two groups. Results The postoperative SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of SF-36 indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the satisfaction degree to nursing (P>0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with urological diseases can effectively reduce unhealthy mood and improve quality of lif.
