On the basis of analyzing the employment status of students graduated from electronics design and manufacturing, this paper is probing problems in the transformation and upgrading of electronics manufacturing specialty. Carry on the reform in teaching contents, teachers training and teaching conditions, actively cope with the upcoming new manpower demand under the prospects of manufacturing upgrading.
