设计了一套基于CAN 总线和OPC 技术的柔性夹具系统。该系统采用上位机＋微控制器的主从结构，上位机负责采集机床 OPC 服务器数据，并经过分析处理后将控制指令发送给各微控制器，微控制器接收到相应指令后执行，从而完成控制动作。系统采用分布式控制，组网灵活，可扩展性强。

The structure of a flexible fixture system was proposed based on CAN bus and OPC. The system adopts the upper monitor +micropro-cessor as the master slave structure.The upper monitor is in charge of acquiring OPC server data and then sending the corresponding instructions which are generated by analyzing such data to vari-ous microprocessors;and the microprocessors exe-cute the instructions. The distributed control brings flexibility of networking and enhances the expanding of the system.
