铲斗是矿用机械式挖掘机基本部件之一 ,铲斗性能、形状、几何参数合理与否直接影响挖掘阻力和满斗系数.根据挖掘性能要求 ,确定了铲斗形状、几何参数 ;通过分析铲斗的力学性能 ,将斗体简化成简支外伸梁 ,分别求得铲斗在宽度、长度方向的相关铰点距离 ,并与实例计算进行比较 ;运用冲击理论 ,提出合理冲击点 ,使铲斗轴套受力最小.
鏟鬥是礦用機械式挖掘機基本部件之一 ,鏟鬥性能、形狀、幾何參數閤理與否直接影響挖掘阻力和滿鬥繫數.根據挖掘性能要求 ,確定瞭鏟鬥形狀、幾何參數 ;通過分析鏟鬥的力學性能 ,將鬥體簡化成簡支外伸樑 ,分彆求得鏟鬥在寬度、長度方嚮的相關鉸點距離 ,併與實例計算進行比較 ;運用遲擊理論 ,提齣閤理遲擊點 ,使鏟鬥軸套受力最小.

The dipper is one of basic parts for electric rope shovel ,the performance ,shape and geometrical parameters of dipper are reasonable or not directly affects the digging resistance and coefficient .According to the mining performance requirements ,the shape and geometry parameters of dipper are determined ;Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of dipper ,the body of dipper is simplified to a simply supported overhanging beam .The relevant hinge point distances at the directions of dipper width and length are respectively obtained ,and compared with the results coming from practical calculation ;By use of impact theory ,the reasonable impact point is put forward ,to make the force on the dipper bushing bearing minimized .This work may provide effective help for preliminary design of dipper .
