目的：分析幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与血脂（包括总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL‐C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL‐C））的关系。方法选取2011年11月至2013年11月在贵阳医学院附属医院接受健康体检者1107例，进行14C‐尿素呼气试验、体质量指数（BMI）、血脂检测。结果 Hp阳性青年组及中年组BMI、TG水平男性均高于女性，HDL‐C水平男性低于女性，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。青年组男性 Hp阳性者BMI、TG、TC水平均高于阴性者，而HDL‐C水平低于 Hp阴性者（P＜0．05）。正常体质量 Hp阳性者的 TC、LDL‐C水平高于Hp阴性者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。排除性别、年龄、体质量影响，Hp阳性者 TG、TC异常比例高于阴性者（P＜0．05）。结论 Hp感染可能影响血脂代谢，表现为TC水平升高为主。
목적：분석유문라간균（Hp）감염여혈지（포괄총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL‐C）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL‐C））적관계。방법선취2011년11월지2013년11월재귀양의학원부속의원접수건강체검자1107례，진행14C‐뇨소호기시험、체질량지수（BMI）、혈지검측。결과 Hp양성청년조급중년조BMI、TG수평남성균고우녀성，HDL‐C수평남성저우녀성，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。청년조남성 Hp양성자BMI、TG、TC수평균고우음성자，이HDL‐C수평저우 Hp음성자（P＜0．05）。정상체질량 Hp양성자적 TC、LDL‐C수평고우Hp음성자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。배제성별、년령、체질량영향，Hp양성자 TG、TC이상비례고우음성자（P＜0．05）。결론 Hp감염가능영향혈지대사，표현위TC수평승고위주。
Objective To analyze the correlation of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection with lipids including total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,high density lipoprotein‐cholesterol (HDL‐C) ,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) levels .Method 1107 cases of health check‐up people from 2011 to 2013 were assessed ,inclu‐ding 14C urea breath test to detect the Hp infection ,body mass index ,lipids test .Result Body mass index (BMI) and TG levels in the youth group and the middle aged group of positive Hp infection was significantly higher in males than that of females ,but HDL‐C levels were higher in females than that of males (P<0 .05) .BMI ,TG and TC lev‐els in the youth group of males was higher in positive Hp infection group than that of negative Hp infection ,but HDL‐C levels were higher in negative Hp infection group than that of positive Hp infection (P<0 .05) .Subjects with normal body weight and positive Hp infection had higher levels of TC and LDL‐C ,compared to those with neg‐ative Hp infection (P<0 .05) .After adjustment for gender ,age ,body weight effect ,the percentage of abnormal TG and TC in positive Hp infection is higher than negative Hp infection (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The Hp infection is maybe related to lipids metabolism ,and the main influence shows high TC levels .
