为了进行齿轮传动系统的振动分析 ,利用三维建模软件建立了齿轮传动系统的刚体模型 ;利用有限元分析软件 ,通过生成模态中性文件建立了系统的柔体模型 ;并借助机械系统的动力学分析软件 ,对两种不同的模型进行了动态特性分析.两种模型综合考虑了传动系统中传动轴和支撑轴承的弹性以及箱体的刚度和阻尼对系统动态特性的影响 ,比较了不同模型下啮合齿轮的速度、啮合力和加速度的动态响应特性.仿真分析结果表明柔性体模型的仿真结果与实际更加接近 ,因此 ,把齿轮传动系统中的轴和齿轮作柔性化处理后再进行虚拟分析的动力学仿真更具有实际意义.

In order to analyze the vibration of a gear transmission system ,the rigid body model of a gear transmission system is estab-lished using the finite element analysis software ,and a flexible body model is set up by the modal neutral file .By use of mechanic dy-namic analysis software ,the dynamic characteristics of the two different models are analyzed ,which considering the influence of the flexibility of transmission shaft and bearing ,as well as the influence of the stiffness and damping of the box on the system's dynamic characteristics .The analysis shows that the results from flexible body is more close to true results .
