目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石的临床应用价值. 方法 随机选取在2014年3月至2015年1月期间于我院就诊的46例输尿管结石的患者, 分别给予46例患者传统二维超声以及彩色多普勒超声检查, 后给予所有患者螺旋CT检查.回顾性分析46例患者的超声检查结果并与螺旋CT结果对比, 评估超声诊断的正确率. 结果 彩色多普勒超声检查与螺旋CT检查结果比较无明显差异 (P>0.05), 传统二维超声与螺旋CT检查结果比较有明显差异 (P<0.05). 彩色多普勒超声检查在上端平对第三腰椎水平及附近, 下端第二、 三狭窄间以及第二狭窄处的结石检出率明显优于二维超声, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论 彩色多普勒超声对输尿管结石具有较高的检出率, 对于输尿管结石的诊断具有显著临床意义, 可在临床上推广使用.
目的 探討綵色多普勒超聲診斷輸尿管結石的臨床應用價值. 方法 隨機選取在2014年3月至2015年1月期間于我院就診的46例輸尿管結石的患者, 分彆給予46例患者傳統二維超聲以及綵色多普勒超聲檢查, 後給予所有患者螺鏇CT檢查.迴顧性分析46例患者的超聲檢查結果併與螺鏇CT結果對比, 評估超聲診斷的正確率. 結果 綵色多普勒超聲檢查與螺鏇CT檢查結果比較無明顯差異 (P>0.05), 傳統二維超聲與螺鏇CT檢查結果比較有明顯差異 (P<0.05). 綵色多普勒超聲檢查在上耑平對第三腰椎水平及附近, 下耑第二、 三狹窄間以及第二狹窄處的結石檢齣率明顯優于二維超聲, 差異具有統計學意義 (P<0.05).結論 綵色多普勒超聲對輸尿管結石具有較高的檢齣率, 對于輸尿管結石的診斷具有顯著臨床意義, 可在臨床上推廣使用.
목적 탐토채색다보륵초성진단수뇨관결석적림상응용개치. 방법 수궤선취재2014년3월지2015년1월기간우아원취진적46례수뇨관결석적환자, 분별급여46례환자전통이유초성이급채색다보륵초성검사, 후급여소유환자라선CT검사.회고성분석46례환자적초성검사결과병여라선CT결과대비, 평고초성진단적정학솔. 결과 채색다보륵초성검사여라선CT검사결과비교무명현차이 (P>0.05), 전통이유초성여라선CT검사결과비교유명현차이 (P<0.05). 채색다보륵초성검사재상단평대제삼요추수평급부근, 하단제이、 삼협착간이급제이협착처적결석검출솔명현우우이유초성, 차이구유통계학의의 (P<0.05).결론 채색다보륵초성대수뇨관결석구유교고적검출솔, 대우수뇨관결석적진단구유현저림상의의, 가재림상상추엄사용.
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods 46 cases of patients with ureteral calculi were selected. All patients received traditional two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and spiral CT. The results of ultrasound were compared with spiral CT, and the accuracy of the color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated. Results The check results had no significant difference between color Doppler ultrasound and spiral CT (P>0.05), but the check results had significant difference between traditional two-dimensional ultrasound and spiral CT (P <0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimension ultrasound in these calculi situations including upper section of the third lumbar segment level and the area around, the lower section of the place between the second and third narrow and the second narrow section s (P<0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound has a higher diagnostic accuracy for ureteral calculi, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
