目的 探讨气压治疗仪预防脊柱手术后深静脉血栓的效果, 为临床使用提供参考. 方法 选取择期脊柱手术患者80例, 按随机数字表法分为气压治疗仪组和对照组, 每组40例. 对照组采用行常规护理预防, 气压治疗仪组在常规护理预防基础上使用气压治疗仪. 分别于术前1天、 术后1天由同一个超声医师在超声下检测双下肢深静脉情况. 记录两组患者的年龄、 性别、 身高、 体重、 手术时间、 手术类型、 术后深静脉血栓的发生率. 结果 两组患者的一般情况比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0.05). 术后气压治疗仪组深静脉血栓的发生率 (2.5%) 显著低于对照组 (20.0%), 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 气压治疗仪可有效预防脊柱手术后深静脉血栓的形成, 值得临床推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument for preventing deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after spinal surgery. Methods 80 patients with elective spinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine preventive care, while the instrument group received air wave pressure therapy instrument on the basis of routine preventive care. One day before surgery and one day after surgery, ultrasound was used to detect the double deep venous conditions by a same sonographer . The age, sex, height, weight, operating time, type of surgery and postoperative incidence of deep vein thrombosis were recorded. Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the general information (P >0.05). The postoperative incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the instrument group was 2.5%, significantly lower than 20.0%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Air wave pressure therapy instrument can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis after spine surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
