目的:观察Wnt10b和β-catenin在大鼠正畸牙齿移动牙周组织中的表达,探讨Wnt10b和β-catenin在正畸牙齿移动牙周组织改建中的作用。方法建立30只雄性SD大鼠左侧上颌第一磨牙近中移动模型,右侧上颌第一磨牙不加力作为自身对照。分别在牙齿移动1、3、5、7、10、14 d时处死动物,制取上颌标本。进行免疫组化分析。结果对照组大鼠牙周组织中,Wnt10b和β-catenin低表达。实验组牙周组织中,β-catenin表达增加在各时间点均有显著差异(P<0.01),Wnt10b仅在5、7、10 d时有显著差异( P<0.01)。结论 Wnt10b和β-catenin参与正畸牙齿移动中牙周组织改建。

목적:관찰Wnt10b화β-catenin재대서정기아치이동아주조직중적표체,탐토Wnt10b화β-catenin재정기아치이동아주조직개건중적작용。방법건립30지웅성SD대서좌측상합제일마아근중이동모형,우측상합제일마아불가력작위자신대조。분별재아치이동1、3、5、7、10、14 d시처사동물,제취상합표본。진행면역조화분석。결과대조조대서아주조직중,Wnt10b화β-catenin저표체。실험조아주조직중,β-catenin표체증가재각시간점균유현저차이(P<0.01),Wnt10b부재5、7、10 d시유현저차이( P<0.01)。결론 Wnt10b화β-catenin삼여정기아치이동중아주조직개건。
Objective To investigate the expression of Wnt 10b andβ-catenin in periodontal tissue and to explore their roles during or-thodontic tooth movement in rats .Methods 30 Sprague-Dawley ( SD) rats’left maxillary molars movement models were established . The right maxillary molars without force application served as control .On the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th day after force applica-tion,the rats were sacrificed.Immunohistochemical staining was used to investigate the expression of Wnt 10b andβ-catenin in rats’peri-odontal tissue.Results The expression of Wnt10b andβ-catenin was weak in the periodontal tissue of the control group .In the experi-mental group,β-catenin expression was significantly higher on both sides at every time point (P<0.01),and Wnt10b expression was significantly higher on both sides on the 5th, 7th and 10th day(P<0.01).Conclusions These results indicate that both Wnt10b andβ-catenin play an important role during periodontal tissue remodeling of orthodontic tooth movement .
