针对传统压药控制技术中电气比例阀对气液增力缸冲压力控制的不稳定和精度不高的问题,提出了改进方法。在传统压药工艺控制系统基础上,通过软件 PID 控制算法,实现高精度压药控制,并通过改进PID 控制方式,可克服PID 控制过程中稳定周期过长的缺点,从而实现压药控制的稳定性和高效率。
針對傳統壓藥控製技術中電氣比例閥對氣液增力缸遲壓力控製的不穩定和精度不高的問題,提齣瞭改進方法。在傳統壓藥工藝控製繫統基礎上,通過軟件 PID 控製算法,實現高精度壓藥控製,併通過改進PID 控製方式,可剋服PID 控製過程中穩定週期過長的缺點,從而實現壓藥控製的穩定性和高效率。

Aiming at low stability and low preci-sion of control pneumatic hydraulic cylinder by the proportional pressure valve for traditional powder pressing technology,this paper proposes a method of improvement.Based on traditional powder pressing control system,high precision powder pressing pres-sure control was achieved by PID control algorithms. By improving PID control mode,resolving the problem of the stable period being too long during the PID con-trol so that high stability and efficiency of powder pressing control can be achieved.
