通过建立排水泵新型液压冷却装置中水、液压油管及液压油之间的耦合传热仿真模型 ,分析水泵在排水流量为1 500 m3/h的工况下其液压系统中液压油的冷却情况 ,得到水、液压油、液压油管的温度场和排水管进出口端压强.结果表明 :液压油温度由338 K降低到325 K ,冷却效果理想 ;排水管进出口端的压强差为3 518 Pa ,计算得出局部阻力系数为0.349 ;将液压油管置于水管中冷却 ,对排水管的能量损耗小.

By establishing the coupling finite element model of heat-fluid-solid ,the cooling problem of the hydraulic oil is analyzed un-der the conditions of the pump's drain water flow of 1 500 m3/h ,the temperature fields of water ,hydraulic oil and hydraulic tube are got ,and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet of drain pipe is obtained .The result indicates that the temperature of hydraulic oil is reduced from 338 K to 325 K ,which shows the cooling effect of the new type of hydraulic oil cooling installation is very good ;the pressure difference between inlet and outlet of drain pipe is 3 518 Pa ,the coefficient of partial flow resistance is 0 .349 , which shows the design putting the hydraulic tube into the drain pipe has small effect on the drainage energy loss .
