目的：探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月—2012年3月无锡市第二人民医院神经内科收治的 ACI 患者80例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，各40例。对照组患者予以常规治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上予以丁苯肽软胶囊治疗。观察两组患者病情进展情况、治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者病情进展率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者 NIHSS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），治疗后研究组患者 NIHSS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论丁苯肽软胶囊治疗 ACI 的临床疗效显著，可抑制患者病情进展，改善患者神经功能，且不良反应少，安全性高。
목적：탐토정분태연효낭치료급성뇌경사（ACI）적림상료효。방법선취2011년3월—2012년3월무석시제이인민의원신경내과수치적 ACI 환자80례，안수궤수자표법분위대조조여연구조，각40례。대조조환자여이상규치료，연구조환자재대조조기출상여이정분태연효낭치료。관찰량조환자병정진전정황、치료전후미국국립위생원졸중량표（NIHSS）평분급불량반응발생정황。결과연구조환자병정진전솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；치료전량조환자 NIHSS 평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05），치료후연구조환자 NIHSS 평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；량조환자균미발생엄중불량반응。결론정분태연효낭치료 ACI 적림상료효현저，가억제환자병정진전，개선환자신경공능，차불량반응소，안전성고。
Objective To explore the effect of tbutylphthalide soft capsules in treating acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 80 patients with ACI were selected in the Second People's Hospital of Wuxi from March 2011 to March 2012,according to random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group. Control group were given routine treatment,study group were given butylphthalide soft capsules treatment on the basis of control group. Progress of the disease,before and after treatment National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Disease progression rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05);before treatment,NIHSS score showed no significant differences between the two groups (P > 0. 05),after treatment,NIHSS score of study group was lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05);no one of the two groups occurred serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules has notable curative effect in the treatment of ACI,can inhibite of disease progression,improve nerve function and has less adverse reactions,high security.
