目的:分析急性脑梗死的CT与MRI检查的临床价值。方法该院2012年12月-2014年12月救治的558例出血性脑梗死患者进行MRI检查和CT检查,分别对各型脑梗死的检出率与不同脑梗死发病时间的检出率进行比较分析。结果各型脑梗死的检出率中,CT组总检出率为62.9%;MRI组总检出率为94.1%;MRI对脑梗死的检出率显著高于CT扫描;不同发病时间的检出率中,CT组:发病24 h以上检出45例(78.95%),12~24 h检出183例(62.87%),12 h内检出123例(58.57%);MRI组:发病24 h以上检出45例(78.95%),12~24 h检出273例(93.81%),12 h内检出207(98.57%);差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT与MRI对于急性脑梗死的检查,MRI明显较CT有优越性,因此,MRI对于急性脑梗死的诊断与治疗有着较好的临床价值,值得广泛推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT and MRI in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 558 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2012 to December in were examined by MRI and CT, respectively. Results The total positive rate was 62.9% in the CT group and 94.1% in the CT group, and the detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of MRI; CT group: 45 cases (78.95%) were detected in 24 hours after the onset of the disease,12-24 was detected in 183 cases (62.87%),123 cases (58.57%) were detected in 12 hours;MRI group:45 cases (78.95%) were detected in 24 hours,12-24 was detected in 273 cases (93.81%),207 (98.57%) were detected in 12 hours.The difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI for acute cerebral infarction, MRI is obviously superior to CT, therefore, MRI has a better clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
