目的：探究后方入路内固定术治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析，整群选取该院在2008年11月-2013年11月收治的26例肩胛骨骨折患者，均给予后方入路内固定手术治疗，观察临床治疗效果。结果患者肩功能恢复优良率90%(24/26)；切口均一期愈合，并发症发生率4%(1/26)。结论后方入路内固定术治疗肩胛骨骨折患者，可取得满意的治疗效果，具有较高临床利用价值。
목적：탐구후방입로내고정술치료견갑골골절적림상효과。방법채용회고성방법분석，정군선취해원재2008년11월-2013년11월수치적26례견갑골골절환자，균급여후방입로내고정수술치료，관찰림상치료효과。결과환자견공능회복우량솔90%(24/26)；절구균일기유합，병발증발생솔4%(1/26)。결론후방입로내고정술치료견갑골골절환자，가취득만의적치료효과，구유교고림상이용개치。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation through posterior approach for scapular fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 26 patients with scapular fracture who were admitted to our depart-ment from November 2008 and November 2013 and treated with internal fixation through posterior approach to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy. Results The excellent-and-good rate of shoulder function recovery was 90% (24/26); the inci-sions were well-healed by first intension with a complication rate of 4% (1/26). Conclusion Internal fixation through poste-rior approach for scapular fracture can produce satisfactory therapeutic effect and is of high clinical value.
