目的：分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与高血压临床疗效。方法随机选择2013年5月-2015年2月在该院就诊的212例男性作为研究对象，其中健康组选取100例无心脏血压疾病、OSAS的健康男性，另外OSAS组中选取112例疑似患有OSAS症状的男士，对两组实验数据进行对比分析。结果观察期间，健康组对象呼吸暂停时长、AHI及SaO2无明显差异，而OSAS组对象诊断参数明显高于健康组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析得知，血压、睡眠、肥胖、心律不齐及慢性疾病，是OSAS患者的主要因素，并对患者的血压以及心律有明显影响。

목적：분석조새성수면호흡잠정종합정여고혈압림상료효。방법수궤선택2013년5월-2015년2월재해원취진적212례남성작위연구대상，기중건강조선취100례무심장혈압질병、OSAS적건강남성，령외OSAS조중선취112례의사환유OSAS증상적남사，대량조실험수거진행대비분석。결과관찰기간，건강조대상호흡잠정시장、AHI급SaO2무명현차이，이OSAS조대상진단삼수명현고우건강조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론분석득지，혈압、수면、비반、심률불제급만성질병，시OSAS환자적주요인소，병대환자적혈압이급심률유명현영향。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and hypertension. Methods 212 males visited our hospital from May 2013 to February 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the healthy group (100 healthy cases without heart and blood pressure disease and OSAS) and the OSAS group (112 cases suspected with OSAS symptoms). And the data of the two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results During the observation period, there was no statistically significant difference in the duration of apnea, value of AHI and SaO2 between the two groups. The values of diagnostic parameters of the OSAS group were much higher than those of the healthy group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The analysis showed that the blood pressure, sleep, obesity, arrhythmia and chronic disease are major factors in patients with OSAS, and which in turn has a significant effect on the patient's blood pressure and heart rate.
