目的:探讨微创钻颅术联合尼莫地平治疗脑血肿的疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法将整群选取的2012年1月-2014年12月该院收治的112例脑血肿患者随机分为两组。对照组56例给予微创钻颅术,而试验组56例给予微创钻颅术联合尼莫地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效及神经功能的差异。结果试验组临床有效率为87.5%显著高于对照组71.4%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后试验组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,同时也显著低于同期对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论微创钻颅术联合尼莫地平治疗脑血肿效果显著,其具有较高的临床有效率,能够显著促进血肿的清除,改善患者神经功能,进而提高其生存质量及身心健康,值得临床选择。

Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive cranial drill surgery combined with nimodipine in the treat-ment of intracerebral hematoma and its effect on nerve function. Methods 112 patients with intracerebral hematoma admit-ted to our hospital from January 2012 and December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. 56 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive cranial drill surgery while the 56 in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive cranial drill surgery combined with nimodipine. The clinical outcomes and nerve function of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate (87.5%vs 71.4%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; after treatment, the nerve function impairment scores decreased significantly in the experimental group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical difference, P<0.05. Conclusion Minimally invasive cranial drill surgery combined with nimodipine in the treatment of intracerebral hematoma has remarkable effect and high clinical effective rate. It can significantly improve the removal of hematoma, their nerve function, and quality of life and mental health. Therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
