目的:探讨在Ⅱ期结肠癌中BRG1( Brahma-related gene-1)基因的表达并评估其与预后的关系。方法选取49例Ⅱ期原发性结肠癌患者,采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学染色技术检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织BRG1蛋白的表达,结合临床资料分析其对患者预后的影响。结果 BRG1基因在Ⅱ期结肠癌组织中阳性表达率(87.6%)高于癌旁组织(20.4%)(P<0.01)。 BRG1的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤个数、肿瘤分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。所有Ⅱ期结肠癌患者5年总体生存率为67.3%,其中BRG1低表达组和高表达组分别为79.3%和50%。 Kaplan-Meier生存曲线表明,BRG1低表达组的5年总体生存率高于高表达组( P<0.05)。结论 BRG1在Ⅱ期结肠癌中表达增高,可能是判断结肠癌患者预后的重要指标。

목적:탐토재Ⅱ기결장암중BRG1( Brahma-related gene-1)기인적표체병평고기여예후적관계。방법선취49례Ⅱ기원발성결장암환자,채용조직심편급면역조직화학염색기술검측종류조직급암방조직BRG1단백적표체,결합림상자료분석기대환자예후적영향。결과 BRG1기인재Ⅱ기결장암조직중양성표체솔(87.6%)고우암방조직(20.4%)(P<0.01)。 BRG1적표체여환자성별、년령、종류대소、종류개수、종류분화정도무상관성(P>0.05)。소유Ⅱ기결장암환자5년총체생존솔위67.3%,기중BRG1저표체조화고표체조분별위79.3%화50%。 Kaplan-Meier생존곡선표명,BRG1저표체조적5년총체생존솔고우고표체조( P<0.05)。결론 BRG1재Ⅱ기결장암중표체증고,가능시판단결장암환자예후적중요지표。
Objective To investigate the expression of brahma-related gene-1 (BRG1) in phase II colon cancer, and evaluate its relationship with prognosis.Methods The expression of BRG1 in tumor tissues and adjacent noncancer-ous tissues from 49 patients with phase II colon cancer was measured by microarray and immunohistochemistry.Then, the relationship between BRG1 level and prognosis were investigated.Results The positive rate of BRG1 was 87.6% in phase II colon cancer, which was higher than that in adjacent noncancerous tissues (20.4%) (P<0.01).There were no significant differences between BRG1 level and patients'gender, age, tumor size, the number of tumors, and histologi-cal grade (P>0.05).The overall five-year survival rate was 63.3% for all patients, including 79.3% for patients with low levels of BRG1 and 50% for those with high quantities of BRG1.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve revealed that patients with low levels of BRG1 produced a higher overall five-year survival rate than those with high quantities of BRG1 (P<0.05).Conclusions Increased BRG1 expression in phase II colon cancer tissues may be adopted as an im-portant marker for determination of the prognosis of colon cancer patients.
