With the development of social economy in China, the scale of power engineering construction is gradually expanded, and the overhead line is widely used in electric power engineering. However, due to the influence of many factors, there are many problems in the construction of electric power overhead lines. This paper discusses the common failures in the construction of electric power overhead lines, and puts forward the effective method to ensure the construction quality and progress of electric power engineering, and realize the double harvest of economic benefits and social benefits.
