目的：探索数字建模联合3D打印在耳郭再造整形中的应用价值。方法选择沈阳军区总医院整形外科收治的拟行耳再造术的先天性小耳畸形10例，术前采用3D打印技术打印出患儿个体化的同侧肋软骨、对侧耳软骨及健侧镜像耳模型，术中应用此模型为患者雕刻个体化的耳支架，术后观察再造耳郭的形态。结果术后随访3个月，本组再造耳的形态与健侧耳相似程度高，患者满意度高。结论对先天性小耳畸形患者应用3D打印技术辅助耳郭塑型再造术，方法可行，效果良好。
목적：탐색수자건모연합3D타인재이곽재조정형중적응용개치。방법선택침양군구총의원정형외과수치적의행이재조술적선천성소이기형10례，술전채용3D타인기술타인출환인개체화적동측륵연골、대측이연골급건측경상이모형，술중응용차모형위환자조각개체화적이지가，술후관찰재조이곽적형태。결과술후수방3개월，본조재조이적형태여건측이상사정도고，환자만의도고。결론대선천성소이기형환자응용3D타인기술보조이곽소형재조술，방법가행，효과량호。
Objective To investigate the application value of digital modeling combined with 3-dimensional (3D) printing technology in auricle reconstruction. Methods A total of 10 patients with congenital microtia, who would undergo the operation of auricle reconstruction, were recruited in this study. The models of ipsilateral costal cartilages, contralateral ear cartilages and health mirror auricle were printed before the operation, and then the models were used to make individual auricle braces during the operation. The shapes of the reconstructed auricles were observed after the oper-ation. Results The shape of reconstructed auricles were highly similar to those of healthy auricles, and the patients were very satisfied. Conclusion The digital modeling combined with 3D printing technology in application of auricle recon-struction for patients with congenital microtia is feasible with good effect.
