研制了一款基于三轴磁传感器的高精度嵌入式地磁测量仪,同时针对三轴传感器的零偏误差、比例因子误差、非正交误差及非线性误差建立了高精度误差校正模型,并通过分段线性拟合与高斯牛顿迭代法对补偿参数进行求解。实验结果表明,传感器各轴的测量误差得到了明显抑制,总磁场强度的均方根误差从约300 nT降至约7 nT。

A high-precision embedded geomagnetic measuring instrument based on triple -axis magnetic sensor was developed . A high-precision correction model was established for bias error , scale factor error , non-orthogonal error and nonlinearity error .The compensation parameters were solved through piecewise linear fit and Gauss-Newton method .The experimental results indicate that measurement error of each axis is significantly inhibited and the RMS error of total magnetic field strength decreases from about 300 nT to about 7 nT.
