目的：探讨中西医结合治疗复发性流产的临床效果。方法将整群选取的该院2012年12月-2015年4月期间收治的164例复发性流产患者随机分为两组，观察组采用中西医结合的治疗方法，对照组采用西医治疗方法，观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗的有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组患者治疗的有效率(70.7%)。两组的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗复发性流产的效果更好，适合在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료복발성유산적림상효과。방법장정군선취적해원2012년12월-2015년4월기간수치적164례복발성유산환자수궤분위량조，관찰조채용중서의결합적치료방법，대조조채용서의치료방법，관찰량조환자적림상효과。결과관찰조환자치료적유효솔위92.5%，명현고우대조조환자치료적유효솔(70.7%)。량조적치료효과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용중서의결합적방법치료복발성유산적효과경호，괄합재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical result of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for recurrent abortion. Methods 164 patients experienced recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from Decem-ber 2012 and April 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine. The clinical ef-fects of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, signifi-cantly higher than that, 70.7%, in the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can produce better ef-fect in treating recurrent abortion and is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
