通过对大唐韩城第二发电有限责任公司二期2×600 MW机组轴加疏水系统进行分析,找出了疏水系统存在的主要问题是疏水在靠近排汽装置段因压力降低疏水汽化致使水封不能正常工作,创新性地改进了疏水流程,增加了疏水冷却段,彻底解决了轴加疏水及轴封回汽管道疏水回收等一系列疑难问题,充分发挥了水封简单、可靠的优势.
