3D打印技术是一种快速成型技术,基于该技术原理制作的数字化牙种植外科导板,具有能很好控制种植体植入方向、角度、深度,降低手术风险,减少手术时间,并可实现微创不翻瓣种植等优势,但也存在精确度欠佳等问题。本文就3D打印种植导板制作过程、临床分类、精确性评估等进行综述。

The 3-dimensional (3D) printing technology is a technology of rapid prototyping. The digital guiding plates of dental-implantation surgery has been performed based on the technology, and it has advantages such as good con-trol of the implanted direction, angle and depth, decreasing the operative risk, shortening the operative time and enabling minimally invasive and flapless implantation, but it also has shortcomings such as poor precision. The paper summarizes the production process, clinical classification and precision evaluation of digital 3D printing implanted guiding plates.
