针对传统二极管伏安特性测试过程繁琐,不好操作等弊端,利用计算机、NI myDAQ、精密电阻和LabVIEW软件搭建了一个二极管伏安特性自动测试系统,并采用该系统对IN4727A型二极管进行了测试,结果表明该测试系统能满足测试要求。
針對傳統二極管伏安特性測試過程繁瑣,不好操作等弊耑,利用計算機、NI myDAQ、精密電阻和LabVIEW軟件搭建瞭一箇二極管伏安特性自動測試繫統,併採用該繫統對IN4727A型二極管進行瞭測試,結果錶明該測試繫統能滿足測試要求。
침대전통이겁관복안특성측시과정번쇄,불호조작등폐단,이용계산궤、NI myDAQ、정밀전조화LabVIEW연건탑건료일개이겁관복안특성자동측시계통,병채용해계통대IN4727A형이겁관진행료측시,결과표명해측시계통능만족측시요구。
Against the cumbersome process ,difficult to operate and other defects of traditional diode volt-ampere characteristic testing,a diode volt-ampere characteristic automatic test system was built using computer ,NI myDAQ,precision resistor and Lab-VIEW software.IN4727A diode was tested using this system .The test results show that the test system can meet the test require-ments.
