光纤式涡轮流量计是一种应用前景广阔的流量测量装置。文中在分析光电频率信号处理方法的基础上,采用了FFT频谱分析法在LabVIEW软件中开发了仿真测试平台,通过仿真分析,验证了该方法在频率测量应用中具有抗干扰性强和高精度等优点;并进一步搭建了流量模拟测试系统进行实验,通过软硬件的结合,实验验证了该流量测试系统能够达到0.5%以上的测试精度。
光纖式渦輪流量計是一種應用前景廣闊的流量測量裝置。文中在分析光電頻率信號處理方法的基礎上,採用瞭FFT頻譜分析法在LabVIEW軟件中開髮瞭倣真測試平檯,通過倣真分析,驗證瞭該方法在頻率測量應用中具有抗榦擾性彊和高精度等優點;併進一步搭建瞭流量模擬測試繫統進行實驗,通過軟硬件的結閤,實驗驗證瞭該流量測試繫統能夠達到0.5%以上的測試精度。

Fiber turbine flowmeter has broad prospects in flow measurement .Based on the analysis of methods about photoe-lectric frequency signal processing , the FFT spectrum analysis method was adopted in this paper .And then, a simulation testing system was developed in the LabVIEW .The method was proved with strong anti-interference and high accuracy in frequency meas-urement by simulation analysis .Further , the flow experiment system was built by combining hardware and software .By means of experiment , it has been verified the accuracy of the flow measurement system can reach higher than 0.5%.
