目的 探讨外科患者术前应用集体健康宣教的效果. 方法 选择2012年1月至2014年12月在我科行择期外科手术患者共126例为试验组, 采用多媒体在示教室进行术前集体健康宣教. 对照组为同期在我科行择期外科手术的患者126例, 采用随机宣教法, 一对一随时宣教. 结果 试验组患者的护理满意度、 宣教所用时间以及术后首次肛门排气的时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.01). 结论 术前集体健康宣教能促进患者对围手术期知识的掌握, 提高自我保健能力, 缩短术后首次肛门排气的时间, 能有效促进术后的快速康复, 还能提高患者对护理人员及医院的满意度, 能有效节省医务人员的时间.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of collective health education in perioperative nursing for surgical patients . Methods 126 cases of patients with elective surgery in our department from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as experimental group, and all patients received collective health education in the shown classroom by multimedia. 126 cases of patients with elective surgery in our department at the same period were selected as the control group, and all patients received random hospitalizing education at any time one by one. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the satisfaction degree to nursing, education time, and time for postoperative first anal exsufflation (P <0.01). Conclusions Preoperative collective health education can improve the mastery of perioperative knowledge, improve the self-care ability, shorten the time of postoperative first anal exhaust, effectively promote the fast recovery after surgery, improve patients' satisfaction degree to nurses and hospital, and effectively save the time of medical staff.
