目的：观察耳穴沿皮透刺法配合电项针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将67例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（33例），均给予电项针（百劳、供血）治疗，治疗组则配合耳穴沿皮透刺法治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后1天、1周，治疗组颈椎功能评分、颈椎病症状评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后2周，两组颈椎功能评分、颈椎病症状评分差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：耳穴沿皮透刺法配合电项针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著且起效快，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰이혈연피투자법배합전항침치료신경근형경추병적료효。방법：장67례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위치료조（34례）화대조조（33례），균급여전항침（백로、공혈）치료，치료조칙배합이혈연피투자법치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료후1천、1주，치료조경추공능평분、경추병증상평분균현저고우대조조（P<0.05）；치료후2주，량조경추공능평분、경추병증상평분차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：이혈연피투자법배합전항침치료신경근형경추병료효현저차기효쾌，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of auricular point penetration needling along the skin combined with nucha electrical acupuncture for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 67 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (33 cases), both of them treated by nucha electrical acupuncture (Bailao, Gongxue), while treatment group com-bined with auricular point penetration needling along the skin, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:1 day and 1 week after treatment, the cer-vical function score and cervical symptom score of treatment group were both significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);2 weeks af-ter treatment, there was no statistical difference of cervical function score and cervical symptom score between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of auricular point penetration needling along the skin combined with nucha electrical acupuncture has significant curative effect on cer-vical spondylotic radiculopathy, and its rapid effect makes it deserve clinical promotion and application.
