This paper introduces the three phase four wire three element of the electric energy meter of different connection ways of voltage, current, phase encoding method, to phase line voltage current vector inverse clockwise rotation angle as the judgment factor can improve the efficiency of recognition, but also give different wiring power compensation coefficient. The algorithm is suitable for the fast identification of the electric energy meter of the three-phase power meter.
