目的：观察热休克蛋白90α/β( heat shock protein 90α/β,HSP90α/β)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义,为胃癌的早期诊断与分子病理分型提供有价值的实验资料。方法采用免疫组织化学染色结合组织芯片,观察HSP90α/β蛋白质在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织及胃癌组织中的表达；然后分析HSP90α/β蛋白质在胃癌组织中表达的临床意义。结果免疫组织化学染色结果显示,胃癌组织中HSP90α/β蛋白质表达的阳性率高于正常胃黏膜组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)；癌旁组织中表达的阳性率高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05)；淋巴结转移患者组织中表达的阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)；Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者组织中表达的阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论 HSP90α/β蛋白质的表达与胃癌组织的发生、分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关,即随着胃癌组织分化程度的降低、淋巴结转移的发生及TNM分期的增加而表达升高。
目的：觀察熱休剋蛋白90α/β( heat shock protein 90α/β,HSP90α/β)在胃癌組織中的錶達及臨床意義,為胃癌的早期診斷與分子病理分型提供有價值的實驗資料。方法採用免疫組織化學染色結閤組織芯片,觀察HSP90α/β蛋白質在正常胃黏膜組織、癌徬組織及胃癌組織中的錶達；然後分析HSP90α/β蛋白質在胃癌組織中錶達的臨床意義。結果免疫組織化學染色結果顯示,胃癌組織中HSP90α/β蛋白質錶達的暘性率高于正常胃黏膜組織和癌徬組織(P<0.05)；癌徬組織中錶達的暘性率高于正常胃黏膜組織(P<0.05)；淋巴結轉移患者組織中錶達的暘性率高于無淋巴結轉移者(P<0.05)；Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者組織中錶達的暘性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。結論 HSP90α/β蛋白質的錶達與胃癌組織的髮生、分化程度、淋巴結轉移及TNM分期有關,即隨著胃癌組織分化程度的降低、淋巴結轉移的髮生及TNM分期的增加而錶達升高。
목적：관찰열휴극단백90α/β( heat shock protein 90α/β,HSP90α/β)재위암조직중적표체급림상의의,위위암적조기진단여분자병리분형제공유개치적실험자료。방법채용면역조직화학염색결합조직심편,관찰HSP90α/β단백질재정상위점막조직、암방조직급위암조직중적표체；연후분석HSP90α/β단백질재위암조직중표체적림상의의。결과면역조직화학염색결과현시,위암조직중HSP90α/β단백질표체적양성솔고우정상위점막조직화암방조직(P<0.05)；암방조직중표체적양성솔고우정상위점막조직(P<0.05)；림파결전이환자조직중표체적양성솔고우무림파결전이자(P<0.05)；Ⅲ~Ⅳ기환자조직중표체적양성솔고우Ⅰ~Ⅱ기(P<0.05)。결론 HSP90α/β단백질적표체여위암조직적발생、분화정도、림파결전이급TNM분기유관,즉수착위암조직분화정도적강저、림파결전이적발생급TNM분기적증가이표체승고。
Objective To verify clinical significance of the expression of heat shock protein 90α/β ( HSP90α/β) protein in gastric cancer tissue and provide valuable experiment data for gastric cancer patients on early diagnosis and clini-cal pathology grouping. Methods The expression of HSP90α/β protein was observed by immunohistochemistry staining in normal gastric mucosa tissue,cancer side tissue and gastric cancer tissue. Then the clinical pathology significance of the expression of HSP90α/βprotein was analyzed. Results The immunohistostaining results showed that the expressin posi-tive rate of HSP90α/βprotein was higher in gastric cancer tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa and cancer side tissue (P<0. 05),in cancer side tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa tissue (P<0. 05),in lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue than that in no lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue (P<0. 05) and inⅢ~Ⅳperiod patient gastric cancer tissue than that inⅠ~Ⅱperiod (P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of HSP90α/βprotein was related with gastric cancer effluence,gastric cancer differentaiation level,lymphaden metastasis and TNM classification of gastric cancer. As the differentaiation level of gastric cancer tissue decreased,lymphaden metastasis of gastric cancer and TNM classifica-tion increased,the expression rate of HSP90α/β protein was also heightened.
