目的：探讨口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损的美学效果。方法整群选取2013年7月-2015年7月该院收治的牙列缺损患者78例，随机分为对照组、观察组，每组39例。对照组采用传统义齿修复，观察组采用口腔种植牙修复，对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为97.44%，显著高于对照组的79.49%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组在舒适程度、美观程度、咀嚼功能、固位功能和语言功能等美学满意度评分上均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口腔种植牙修复牙列缺损具有显著的应用价值，美观实用，值得推广。
목적：탐토구강충식아수복아렬결손적미학효과。방법정군선취2013년7월-2015년7월해원수치적아렬결손환자78례，수궤분위대조조、관찰조，매조39례。대조조채용전통의치수복，관찰조채용구강충식아수복，대비량조림상료효。결과관찰조림상치료유효솔위97.44%，현저고우대조조적79.49%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조재서괄정도、미관정도、저작공능、고위공능화어언공능등미학만의도평분상균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론구강충식아수복아렬결손구유현저적응용개치，미관실용，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of oral implants in the restoration of dentition defect. Methods 78 cases with dentition defect admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 39 cases in each. The control group were given the traditional denture restoration, and the observation group were treated by oral implants for the restoration. And the clinical efficacy was com-pared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group (97.44% vs 79.49%) with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group was much better than the control group in terms of degree of comfort and beauty, masticatory function, retention and pronunciation with sta-tistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Oral implants have significant beautiful and practical application value in the restoration of dentition defect, which are worth of promotion.
