依据熔体拉伸成孔机理制备聚丙烯(PP)/Al2 O 3掺杂微孔膜,采用万能电子实验机、差示扫描量热仪和扫描电子显微镜对 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜以及拉伸微孔膜结构和性能进行了测试。结果表明加入 Al2 O 3可提高 PP/Al2 O 3微孔膜的吸液率和力学性能,但添加量超过2%后 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜弹性回复率下降明显,微孔分布和排列变差,透气性能下降,孔隙率减小。
依據鎔體拉伸成孔機理製備聚丙烯(PP)/Al2 O 3摻雜微孔膜,採用萬能電子實驗機、差示掃描量熱儀和掃描電子顯微鏡對 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜以及拉伸微孔膜結構和性能進行瞭測試。結果錶明加入 Al2 O 3可提高 PP/Al2 O 3微孔膜的吸液率和力學性能,但添加量超過2%後 PP/Al2 O 3流延膜彈性迴複率下降明顯,微孔分佈和排列變差,透氣性能下降,孔隙率減小。
의거용체랍신성공궤리제비취병희(PP)/Al2 O 3참잡미공막,채용만능전자실험궤、차시소묘량열의화소묘전자현미경대 PP/Al2 O 3류연막이급랍신미공막결구화성능진행료측시。결과표명가입 Al2 O 3가제고 PP/Al2 O 3미공막적흡액솔화역학성능,단첨가량초과2%후 PP/Al2 O 3류연막탄성회복솔하강명현,미공분포화배렬변차,투기성능하강,공극솔감소。
Polypropylene/Al2 O 3 compound microporous membranes were prepared based on melt-stretching mechanism.Universal tensile testing machine,DSC and SEM were employed to characterize the properties and structure of the cast films and stretched microporous membrane.Results indicated that Al2 O 3 could improve the electrolyte uptake and mechanical properties of PP/Al2 O 3 microporous membrane.But when the Al2 O 3 content was higher than 2%,the elastic recovery of precursor films declined significantly and the obtained microporous membrane showed bad microstructure,poor permeability and lower porosity.
