目的：探讨伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取牙科2012年1月-2014年12月采用伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿的患者178例为观察组，选取牙科同期采用涡轮机钻牙治疗龋齿的178例患者为对照组，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组给予伢碘凝胶治疗后，治疗有效率为100%，对照组给予涡轮机钻牙治疗后，治疗有效率为80.3%，两组结果比较具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿临床效果满意，可以明显提高牙齿的咀嚼功能，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

목적：탐토아전응효치료우치적림상치료효과。방법정군선취아과2012년1월-2014년12월채용아전응효치료우치적환자178례위관찰조，선취아과동기채용와륜궤찬아치료우치적178례환자위대조조，비교량조치료효과。결과관찰조급여아전응효치료후，치료유효솔위100%，대조조급여와륜궤찬아치료후，치료유효솔위80.3%，량조결과비교구유가비성(P<0.05)。결론아전응효치료우치림상효과만의，가이명현제고아치적저작공능，치득재림상상대력추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of iodine gel in the treatment of dental caries. Methods 178 cases with dental caries treated by iodine gel and other 178 cases with dental caries treated by turbine drilling in Stomatology Department from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and the control group, respectively. And the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The response rate of the observation group was 100%, and that of the control group was 80.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of dental caries, iodine gel has satisfactory clinical effects, which can significantly improve the chewing function, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion energetically.
