近年来,国家不断加大对小微企业金融服务的政策支持力度,央行近期又下发了《关于完善信贷政策支持再贷款管理政策支持扩大"三农"、小微企业信贷投放的通知》,进一步加大对"支农支小"的信贷支持力度.但是,金融机构"难贷款"和小微企业"贷款难"的问题仍是县域经济发展中不和谐的音符.作为支持县域经济发展的金融机构,如何发挥好金融的杠杆作用,促进县域经济发展,是当前金融机构必须认真思考并加以解决的问题.
