针对传统仪表式空气压缩机试验机功能落后、操作复杂的问题,设计了以WinCC为上位软件,PLC及其扩展模块为核心测控单元的机车用螺杆空压机测试系统,实现了对空压机功率、排气压力、排气温度、容积流量等参数的测量与记录,并根据相关标准自动判断空压机各性能检测结果,生成检测报告.实践表明,利用WinCC结合PLC开发的机车用螺杆空压机测试系统开发周期短,测控功能稳定、可靠,取得了良好的效果.

In this paper, the function of the traditional instrument air compressor is backward and the operation is complex. The test system of the WinCC is used to test the system. The PLC and its expansion module are used to measure and record the parameters of the air compressor. The practice shows that the development of the WinCC - PLC - based on the development of the locomotive with the screw air compressor testing system is short, the measurement and control function is stable and reliable, and has achieved good results.
