目的 探讨咪唑安定联合依托咪酯对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肝功能、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平的影响.方法 收集行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,分别于术前给予相应的麻醉诱导药物,手术后,对所有患者的血清MDA、SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)及肝功能情况进行检测.结果 手术后,与对照组比较,实验组患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清MDA水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的SOD、GSH-PX水平较高(P<0.05).结论 咪唑安定联合依托咪酯能够减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的氧化应激反应,有利于肝功能的恢复.
目的 探討咪唑安定聯閤依託咪酯對腹腔鏡膽囊切除術後肝功能、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平的影響.方法 收集行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的患者80例,隨機分為對照組和實驗組,每組各40例,分彆于術前給予相應的痳醉誘導藥物,手術後,對所有患者的血清MDA、SOD、穀胱甘肽過氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)及肝功能情況進行檢測.結果 手術後,與對照組比較,實驗組患者血清丙氨痠氨基轉移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天門鼕氨痠氨基轉移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、總膽紅素(total bilirubin,TBIL)水平較低(P<0.05);實驗組患者的血清MDA水平較低(P<0.05);實驗組患者的SOD、GSH-PX水平較高(P<0.05).結論 咪唑安定聯閤依託咪酯能夠減輕腹腔鏡膽囊切除術後患者的氧化應激反應,有利于肝功能的恢複.
목적 탐토미서안정연합의탁미지대복강경담낭절제술후간공능、병이철(malondialdehyde,MDA)급초양화물기화매(superoxide dismutase,SOD)수평적영향.방법 수집행복강경담낭절제술적환자80례,수궤분위대조조화실험조,매조각40례,분별우술전급여상응적마취유도약물,수술후,대소유환자적혈청MDA、SOD、곡광감태과양화물매(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)급간공능정황진행검측.결과 수술후,여대조조비교,실험조환자혈청병안산안기전이매(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、천문동안산안기전이매(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、총담홍소(total bilirubin,TBIL)수평교저(P<0.05);실험조환자적혈청MDA수평교저(P<0.05);실험조환자적SOD、GSH-PX수평교고(P<0.05).결론 미서안정연합의탁미지능구감경복강경담낭절제술후환자적양화응격반응,유리우간공능적회복.
Objective To analysis effect of midazolam combined with etomidate on liver function, malondialdehyde(MDA) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 80 patients who were undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected,all patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group,who were given the appropriate anesthesia induction drugs before surgery.After operation,the serum levels of MDA, SOD, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the liver function were detected in all patients. Results After operation, compared with control group, the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL)levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05);the serum MDA level was lower in the experimental group (P<0.05);the serum SOD and GSH-PX levels were higher in the experimental group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Midazolam combined with etomidate can reduce oxidative stress reaction in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which is conducive to the recovery of liver function.
