目的:探索教学改革,改善教学效果,以适应新时期的教学发展需要. 方法:对蚌埠医学院2011级营养学专业学生《营养与食品卫生学》部分授课内容实施了案例教学,并在教学后对54名学生开展了问卷调查. 结果:案例教学法能明显提高学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习热情,问卷结果显示案例教学的效果优于传统教学. 结论:案例教学法是一种提高教学效果的有效模式,在营养与食品卫生学教学中具有很强的可行性及良好的实践效果.

목적:탐색교학개혁,개선교학효과,이괄응신시기적교학발전수요. 방법:대방부의학원2011급영양학전업학생《영양여식품위생학》부분수과내용실시료안례교학,병재교학후대54명학생개전료문권조사. 결과:안례교학법능명현제고학생적학습적겁성,격발학생적학습열정,문권결과현시안례교학적효과우우전통교학. 결론:안례교학법시일충제고교학효과적유효모식,재영양여식품위생학교학중구유흔강적가행성급량호적실천효과.
Objective:To explore teaching innovation so as to meet the needs of teaching development in the new period, improving teaching effects. Methods:Case teaching method was used in the teaching of some chapters of Nutrition and Food Hygiene among students in nutrition major of 2011 enrolled in Bengbu Medical College, and questionnaire survey was carried out after the teaching among 54 students. Results:Case teaching method can increase the students' study positivity and stimulate their learning enthusiasm. The effect of case teaching was better than that of traditional teaching based on questionnaire survey's results. Conclusion:Case teaching method, which is an effective mode in improving teaching effects, is of better feasibility and practical effects in the teaching of Nutrition and Food Hygiene.
