目的:观察雷火灸配合缪刺治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床疗效.方法:将67例面肌痉挛患者随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(33例).观察组采取雷火灸配合缪刺的方法,雷火灸条行悬起灸,选取患侧阳白、攒竹、太阳、四白、颧髎、下关、颊车、地仓穴,采用雀啄灸、回旋灸相结合的灸法.缪刺选取健侧的阳白、攒竹、太阳、四白、颧髎、下关、颊车、地仓穴.对照组口服卡马西平每次0.1g,每日3次;甲钴胺片每次0.5mg,每日3次.结果:观察组总有效率91.18%,对照组总有效率60.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).其中观察组轻、中、重度患者总有效率分别为100%、94.4%、33.33%.结论:以雷火灸配合缪刺治疗原发性面肌痉挛可收到较好的临床效果.

Objective:To Observe the clinical efficacy of Leihuo moxibustion combined with contralateral acu-puncture in the treatment of idiopathic hemifacial spasm.Methods:67 cases with hemifacial spasm were ran-domly divided into an observation group (34 cases) and a control group (33 cases) .The observation group re-ceived Leihuo moxibustion combined with contralateral acupuncture with suspended moxibustion.Select the sick side Tai Yang,Si Bai, Xia Guan, Chuan Zhu, Si Zhu Kong, Yang Bai, Jia Che points, using bird-pec-king moxibustion and swing moxibustion.Contralateral acupuncture adopted healthy side Tai Yang,Si Bai, Xia Guan, Chuan Zhu, Si Zhu Kong, Yang Bai, Jia Che points.The control group was treated by carbamazepine 0.1g, 3 times a day;Mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg, 3 times a day.Results:In the observation group the total efficiency was 91.18% and in the control group the total efficiency was 60 .61%.There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0.05) .In the observation group among the mild, moderate and severe pa-tients the total efficiencies were 100%, 94.4% and 33.33% respectively.Conclusion:Leihuo moxibustion combined with contralateral acupuncture for idiopathic hemifacial spasm has a better clinical efficacy.
