目的 探讨丹红注射液对胫骨骨折术后患者血清骨性标志物及愈合时间的影响.方法 收集武警浙江省总队嘉兴医院军人病区收治胫骨骨折患者52例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组26例,所有患者均行髓内钉固定手术治疗.术后,在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予注射用骨肽50 mg,溶于250 mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液中,1次/天静滴;实验组给予丹红注射液20 mL,溶于250 mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液中,1次/天静滴.14 d为1个疗程,2组患者均治疗2个疗程.治疗结束后,对所有患者的血清骨钙素(bone Gla-protein,BGP)、I 型前胶原羧基端肽(carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen, PICP)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)及骨折愈合时间进行检测.结果 与对照组治疗后比较,实验组患者血清BGP、PICP水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清BALP水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患者的平均骨折愈合时间较短(P<0.05).结论 丹红注射液能够显著升高胫骨骨折术后患者血清BGP、PICP以及BALP水平,缩短骨折愈合时间.
目的 探討丹紅註射液對脛骨骨摺術後患者血清骨性標誌物及愈閤時間的影響.方法 收集武警浙江省總隊嘉興醫院軍人病區收治脛骨骨摺患者52例,隨機分為對照組和實驗組,每組26例,所有患者均行髓內釘固定手術治療.術後,在常規治療基礎上,對照組給予註射用骨肽50 mg,溶于250 mL 0.9%氯化鈉溶液中,1次/天靜滴;實驗組給予丹紅註射液20 mL,溶于250 mL 0.9%氯化鈉溶液中,1次/天靜滴.14 d為1箇療程,2組患者均治療2箇療程.治療結束後,對所有患者的血清骨鈣素(bone Gla-protein,BGP)、I 型前膠原羧基耑肽(carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen, PICP)、骨源性堿性燐痠酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)及骨摺愈閤時間進行檢測.結果 與對照組治療後比較,實驗組患者血清BGP、PICP水平較高(P<0.05);實驗組患者的血清BALP水平較高(P<0.05);實驗組患者的平均骨摺愈閤時間較短(P<0.05).結論 丹紅註射液能夠顯著升高脛骨骨摺術後患者血清BGP、PICP以及BALP水平,縮短骨摺愈閤時間.
목적 탐토단홍주사액대경골골절술후환자혈청골성표지물급유합시간적영향.방법 수집무경절강성총대가흥의원군인병구수치경골골절환자52례,수궤분위대조조화실험조,매조26례,소유환자균행수내정고정수술치료.술후,재상규치료기출상,대조조급여주사용골태50 mg,용우250 mL 0.9%록화납용액중,1차/천정적;실험조급여단홍주사액20 mL,용우250 mL 0.9%록화납용액중,1차/천정적.14 d위1개료정,2조환자균치료2개료정.치료결속후,대소유환자적혈청골개소(bone Gla-protein,BGP)、I 형전효원최기단태(carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen, PICP)、골원성감성린산매(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)급골절유합시간진행검측.결과 여대조조치료후비교,실험조환자혈청BGP、PICP수평교고(P<0.05);실험조환자적혈청BALP수평교고(P<0.05);실험조환자적평균골절유합시간교단(P<0.05).결론 단홍주사액능구현저승고경골골절술후환자혈청BGP、PICP이급BALP수평,축단골절유합시간.
Objective To analyse effect of Danhong injection on serum levels of bone markers and healing time in postoperative patients with tibial fractures.Methods 52 patients who were diagnosed with tibial fractures in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.All patients were treated with intramedullary nailing.After the operation, on the basis of routine treatment, patients in control group were treated with ossotide injection 50 mg, dissolved in 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution, one times per day.Patients in experimental group was treated with Danhong injection 20 mL, dissolved in 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution, one times per day.14 days for one period of treatment, two groups were treated for two cycles.After the treatment,the serum levels of bone Gla-protein (BGP), carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen (PICP), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and the racture healing time were detected in all patients.Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the serum BGP and PICP levels were higher in experimental group (P<0.05);the serum BALP level was higher in experimental group (P<0.05); the average fracture healing time of the patients in experimental group was shorter (P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can significantly increase the serum BGP, PICP and BALP level in postoperative patients with tibial fractures, shorten fracture healing time.
