护理安全是医疗安全的重要组成部分,是护理工作的核心.内分泌科多为老年糖尿病患者,并发症多、基础疾病多,在治疗过程中,容易发生低血糖、跌倒、药物不良反应,增加了护理的风险.本文对内分泌科护理安全存在的问题及对策进行了阐述.
護理安全是醫療安全的重要組成部分,是護理工作的覈心.內分泌科多為老年糖尿病患者,併髮癥多、基礎疾病多,在治療過程中,容易髮生低血糖、跌倒、藥物不良反應,增加瞭護理的風險.本文對內分泌科護理安全存在的問題及對策進行瞭闡述.

Nursing safety was an important part of medical safety and was the core of nursing work.Most of patients in department of endocrinology were elderly patients with diabetes,which had more complications and basic diseases,they were prone to hypoglycemia,falls,adverse drug reactions in the course of treatment,which increased the risk of nursing.This paper described the problems and countermeasures of nursing safety in department of endocrinology.
