目的:探讨精神分裂症患者剖宫产术后的家庭护理.方法:收治精神分裂症剖宫产术后患者38例,回顾性分析家庭护理资料.结果:38例患者术后病情稳定,母婴未发生意外.结论:合理实施家庭护理措施,早期干预,可有效降低精神分裂症的复发率,改善预后,保证母婴安全.

목적:탐토정신분렬증환자부궁산술후적가정호리.방법:수치정신분렬증부궁산술후환자38례,회고성분석가정호리자료.결과:38례환자술후병정은정,모영미발생의외.결론:합리실시가정호리조시,조기간예,가유효강저정신분렬증적복발솔,개선예후,보증모영안전.
Objective:To explore the family nursing of patients with schizophrenia after cesarean section.Methods:38 schizophrenia patients after cesarean section were selected,family care data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The condition after operation of 38 patients were stable,there was no accident in the mother and child.Conclusion:Reasonable implementation of family care measures and early intervention can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of schizophrenia,improve prognosis,and ensure the safety of mother and child.
