针对可编程控制器实训室在实训教学中缺乏实际被控对象的问题,开发了一套PLC实训装置,该实训装置不但可以锻炼学生进行PLC与被动对象的硬件接线,还可以直观地反映出学生所编写的PLC程序正确与否,最后通过教学实践证明了该实训装置的效果.

Aiming at the lack of controlled objects in PLC experiment room, a PLC experiment device is developed in this paper. This experiment device can not only train students the ability of hardware connection between PLC and controlled objects, but also reflect whether the PLC program which the students write is right or wrong. Finally, the teaching practice proves the effectiveness of this experiment device.
