近几年来,医患关系已经成为影响现阶段社会和谐的重要因素.全国各地不断发生医疗纠纷,让医患关系成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点和热点问题.因此,探索医疗纠纷高效率、低成本的解决机制是已成为重塑和维系良好的医患关系的迫切要求.保险是分散危险和转嫁损失的风险管理制度,本文在分析医疗意外特征、风险管理模式、医疗意外保险实务的基础上,提出构建医疗意外保险的设想,以期分散危险和转嫁损失,构建和谐的医患关系.

In recent years,the relationship between doctors and patients has become an important factor affecting the social harmony in the present stage.Medical disputes are happening all over the country,so that the relationship between doctors and patients has become the attention focus and hot issues of social public.Therefore,exploring the effective and low cost settlement mechanism of medical disputes has become an urgent requirement for the reconstruction and maintenance of good relationship between doctors and patients.Insurance is a risk management system for spreading the risk and transferring loss.This paper is based on the analysis of medical accident characteristics,risk management model,medical accident insurance practice,the idea of building a medical accident insurance is put forward.It hopes to spread the risk and transfer loss.It can build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
