目的:探讨呼吸道传染病的特点及预防与控制方法.方法:收集呼吸道传染疾病患者360例,严格按照传染病防治法和隔离消毒管理制度进行隔离、消毒、治疗和护理干预.结果:360例呼吸道传染病患者男性多于女性,18岁以下发病率较高,其次是60岁以上老年人,临床症状主要表现为发热、咳嗽,疾病类型以流感、肺结核为主,发病季节主要在冬春季节.结论:呼吸道传染病的特点:男性多于女性,18岁以下发病率较高,其次是60岁以上老年人,临床症状主要表现为发热、咳嗽,疾病类型以流感、肺结核为主,发病季节主要在冬春季节.预防及控制措施:要严格按照传染病防治法和隔离消毒管理制度执行.

Objective:To discuss of characteristics,prevention and control method of respiratory tract infectious diseases.Methods:360 patients with respiratory tract infectious diseases were selected.They were given isolation,disinfection,treatment and nursing intervention in strict accordance with the law on the prophylaxis and control of infectious diseases and isolation of disinfection management system.Results:In 360 patients with respiratory tract infectious diseases,the males were more than the females,the incidence rate of younger than 18 years old was higher,followed by people aged over 60 years old.The clinical symptoms were mainly fever,cough.The disease type was dominated by influenza,tuberculosis.The onset season mainly was winter and spring. Conclusion:The characteristics of respiratory infectious diseases are that the males are more than the females,the incidence rate of younger than 18 years old is higher,followed by people aged over 60 years old,the clinical symptoms are mainly fever,cough,the disease type is dominated by influenza,tuberculosis,the onset season mainly is winter and spring.
