目的:探讨先天性足内翻的超声声像图特征及产前超声诊断价值.方法:收治产前超声诊断为足内翻胎儿38 例,回顾性分析其声像图表现,并将产前检查结果与产后或引产后结果相比较,总结先天性足内翻声像图特征,足内翻的符合率及诊断影响因素.结果:产前超声诊断为足内翻胎儿 38 例,4 例假阳性,产前超声诊断符合率89.5%,漏诊率10.5%.结论:胎儿足内翻具有特征性的声像图表现,超声对其诊断具有较高可靠性,可提供产前咨询并指导临床医师处理.

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of ultrasound imaging and the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound for congenital foot inversion.Methods:38 patients with congenital foot inversion diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound were selected,and the sonographic features were retrospectively analyzed,we compared the results of prenatal examination and postpartum results or results after induced labor,and summed up the characteristics of the ultrasonic image,the coincidence rate of foot inversion and the diagnostic influence factors.Results:38 cases were foot inversion diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound,4 cases were false positive, the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound was 89.5% ,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 10.5% .Conclusion:Fetal foot inversion had characteristic sonographic appearance,ultrasound had high reliability for its diagnosis,which can provide prenatal consultation and guide the clinical treatment.
