目的:总结颅内血管外皮细胞瘤(HPC)的影像学诊断和治疗经验.方法:回顾性分析 16 例 HPC 患者的影像学表现和治疗,结合文献进行讨论.结果:其 CT 和 MRI 表现有如下特点,CT 平扫示肿瘤呈等高密度,未见瘤内钙化、邻近颅骨骨质增生及脑膜尾征等常见征象.MRI 扫描 T1WI 示肿瘤呈等、低混杂信号,T2WI 示肿瘤呈等或等、高混杂信号.增强后所有肿瘤明显强化,肿瘤多呈分叶状,窄基底附着硬膜,有丰富的血管流空,没有脑膜尾征,无颅骨增生和肿瘤内钙化灶.结论:HPC 有比较特异的影像学特征点.HPC 首选手术治疗,术后辅以放射治疗.
目的:總結顱內血管外皮細胞瘤(HPC)的影像學診斷和治療經驗.方法:迴顧性分析 16 例 HPC 患者的影像學錶現和治療,結閤文獻進行討論.結果:其 CT 和 MRI 錶現有如下特點,CT 平掃示腫瘤呈等高密度,未見瘤內鈣化、鄰近顱骨骨質增生及腦膜尾徵等常見徵象.MRI 掃描 T1WI 示腫瘤呈等、低混雜信號,T2WI 示腫瘤呈等或等、高混雜信號.增彊後所有腫瘤明顯彊化,腫瘤多呈分葉狀,窄基底附著硬膜,有豐富的血管流空,沒有腦膜尾徵,無顱骨增生和腫瘤內鈣化竈.結論:HPC 有比較特異的影像學特徵點.HPC 首選手術治療,術後輔以放射治療.
목적:총결로내혈관외피세포류(HPC)적영상학진단화치료경험.방법:회고성분석 16 례 HPC 환자적영상학표현화치료,결합문헌진행토론.결과:기 CT 화 MRI 표현유여하특점,CT 평소시종류정등고밀도,미견류내개화、린근로골골질증생급뇌막미정등상견정상.MRI 소묘 T1WI 시종류정등、저혼잡신호,T2WI 시종류정등혹등、고혼잡신호.증강후소유종류명현강화,종류다정분협상,착기저부착경막,유봉부적혈관류공,몰유뇌막미정,무로골증생화종류내개화조.결론:HPC 유비교특이적영상학특정점.HPC 수선수술치료,술후보이방사치료.
Objective:To summarize the imaging diagnosis and treatment experience of intracal haemangiopericytoma(HPC). Methods:The imaging findings and treatments of 16 cases of intracal haemangiopericytoma were retrospectively analyzed,and combined with the literature were discussed.Results:CT and MRI showed the following characteristics,CT scan showed that the tumors were equality high density,and there was no common signs such as tumor calcification,it not seen within the tumor calcification,adjacent cranial bone hyperplasia and dural tail sign and other common signs.In MRI scan,T1WI showed that the tumor was equality,low mixed signal,T2WI showed that the tumor was equality or equality,high mixed signal.After enhancement, all tumors showed a marked enhancement,the tumors were lobulated,narrow base attached to the dura mater,rich blood flowed void, there was no dural tail sign,no bone hyperplasia and tumor calcification.Conclusion:HPC has a relatively specific imaging feature points. HPC preferres surgical treatment,and is supplemented radiation therapy after operation.
